On tuesday is my friend, Charlie (Ironic aye?), and I have no idea what to give him. He is a really shy, quiet, guy, it will be his 15th birthday and I wanna get him something special. Do you have any idea what i should get him!? I have no idea what to get him at all, i was hoping all of you can help me out a little bit. I would get him a copy of Perks but he already has one. :( so that is kinda outta the question. So may i please ask for your help? thank you, makayla xxxxxxx

I first read this book when I was 16. I've since read it twice a year for the past four years. Charlie reminds me of myself, and reminds me what it was like to feel infinite, when everything meant the world, and everything was crazy and colourful and beautiful.

I don't think that I'll ever lose that, as long as I have Charlie.

I'm the first person to post here. Go me. Um, Perks is probably my favorite book. It's been awhile since I've read it, though. But it's awesome. Yeah.
